One Response to “English teacher (native speaker) in Russia”

  1. Dear Sir or Madam,

I appreciate this opportunity to introduce myself and apply for a teaching position at your school. I believe that I can be an outstanding teacher and resource for the school, a teacher who can meet and exceed the educational requirements of the students.

I am an American citizen and native English speaker. For more than five years, I have lived in China and taught English to a large and diverse group of students. During my first two years, I instructed students at a public middle school in the city of Nanning. Since that time, I have been a primary school teacher at two different schools in Nanning and several primary schools in the city of Beihai. I have also given many private lessons to students of all ages and abilities, including adult students. Furthermore, I completed a course of instruction in TEFL and received my certification in 2005.

My time as an English teacher in China has been very rewarding. I have taught many students and, in the process, learned how to be a better and more effective teacher. My experience has given me the opportunity to try different approaches to teaching and various educational activities. My time in the classroom has also allowed me to better understand the learning processes of language students. I believe these past five years have created a solid foundation for my future as an educator. I feel very fortunate because I truly enjoy my profession.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope I may have the opportunity to apply my skills and experience at the school. I will welcome the chance with great enthusiasm.

    Sincerely,
    Chris Fouts
